Graduates – B.Sc.Estate Management and Valuation
Start your valuation carrier with most prominent and professional Sri Lankan Valuation firm in order to get your IVSL and RICS memberships. After your successful training period you will be directed to APC (Assessment of professional) pathway of Institute of Valuers. According to your professional achievements RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Membership is also open to you and all membership fees and other fees at IJVR cost
Incorporated valuers (AIVSL) and Chartered Valuation Surveyors (MRICS)
Senior positions are available with attractive packages for IVSL members and RICS members.
All trainee valuers , Valuation executives and valuation surveyors are entitled to participate local and international CPD(Continuous professional development) programs , workshop and international training sessions. Also you are prepared to work IJVR overseas branches as and when required.
